At Aqueria, every product is formulated and packed with strict quality checks. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, we do support replacements in case of damaged or incorrect products, subject to the conditions below.
No Returns / No Exchanges

Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products
We will gladly assist with a replacement if:

You receive an incorrect item
Mandatory Conditions:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory

The video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the outer box, inner packaging, and product

Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed
⏱️ Reporting Timeline (VERY IMPORTANT)

You must raise the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery

Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for replacement

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation, hence changes, cancellations, or refunds are not applicable once the order is placed.
